Iconic Sires and Breeding Services offers South African stallion and mare owners a wealth of international experience in the equine breeding.

Ulhan du Temple

Ulhan du Temple is the mirror image of his sire, Kannan, in every way. He is surely destined for greatness, and is ideal for breeders on a budget who don’t want to compromise on quality.

Performance

Ulhan du Temple earned his stallion approval as a 3 year old. As a 4 year old he acheived 9 clear rounds in the Classic Cycle and the following year, ridden by Yannick Martin, he finished 35th within his age group. An excellent result.

There are high hopes for this young stallion to follow in his sire’s footsteps.

Pedigree

Ulhan du Temple’s sire is the 2014 World number 1 showjumping sire, Kannan. This phenomenal stallion has produced great show jumpers such as Nino des Buissonets (Steve Geurdat), Molly Mallone V (Bertrum Allen), Diva II (Ben Maher), Paddock du Plessis (Timothée Anciaume) and Oh D’Eole (Gregory Wathelet), to name only a small handful. With more than 45 new CSI winners in 2014, this is almost a third of his progeny performing on the international scene.

Dam-sire, Quidam de Revel, produced more than 180 approved sons and holds the position of 2015 World # 11 jumping sire. Well known offspring are Bianca D’Amaury, Tlaloc la Silla (Dollar de la Pierre), Quite Easy, Quite Capitol, Quidam’s Rubin, Quasimodo Z. Guidam, Nabab de Reve, Quinar, VDL Groep Verdi, Narcotique de Muze IV, Kyraleen and many more.
